02Verify your vial

Three steps from label to lab.

  1. 01Scan the label

Every vial label carries a QR code. Point your phone camera at it.

  2. 02Land on its record

The code opens that lot's certificate with every assay value. No phone? Type the lot from your packing slip on Verify a lot.

  3. 03Check it with the lab

Each signed certificate links to the lab's own verification page, so the report can be confirmed independently of us.

Every heavy atom is placed from the sequence with ideal bond lengths and angles, so the connectivity is exact. The pose is idealised (a compact Cu(II) chelate) and is not a measured conformation. Identity for each lot is confirmed on its certificate.

04In the lab

How GHK-Cu is studied to work.

GHK-Cu is a copper-binding tripeptide first identified in plasma; copper itself carries part of its fibroblast activity. Lab studies report more collagen and MMP-2 from skin fibroblasts and lower NF-kB and TGF-beta1/Smad signaling in lung injury models.

Compound

GHK-CuGly-His-Lys tripeptide bound to copper(II)
  1. Matrix remodeling

    Dermal fibroblasts

    • Copper ion
    • MMP-2 mRNA
    • MMP-2

    Endpoint studied

    MMP-2 and TIMP release

More MMP-2, its mRNA, TIMP-1 and TIMP-2; copper ions alone matched the MMP-2 rise, GHK alone did not.

    Simeon 2000 · PMID 11045606
  2. Inflammation

    Macrophages

    • NF-kB p65
    • TNF-alpha

    Endpoint studied

    Lower TNF-alpha and IL-6

Less ROS, more SOD activity and lower TNF-alpha and IL-6, with NF-kB p65 and p38 MAPK signaling suppressed.

    Park 2016 · PMID 27517151
  3. Fibrosis signaling

    Lung tissue

    • TGF-beta1
    • Smad2/3

    Endpoint studied

    Less collagen and EMT

Less collagen, TNF-alpha and IL-6 in a fibrosis model, with TGF-beta1 and Smad2/3 phosphorylation suppressed.

    Copper binding measured

    Matrix remodeling

GHK-Cu raises MMP-2 and its mRNA, plus TIMP-1 and TIMP-2, in dermal fibroblast cultures.

06Questions

Frequently asked questions.

About GHK-Cu, its certificate and your order.

Need assistance? We’re here to help.

Email [email protected], Monday to Friday. A person replies within one business day.

01Which lot will I receive?

The current released lot, SA-GHK-2611. Scan the QR code on the vial label to open its certificate. The lot number is also on your packing slip, and the full certificate is here.

02Is the certificate real, and can I check it?

Every certificate is issued by an independent laboratory. Each lot has its own public record page with every assay value, and a link to verify the report on the lab's own site once the signed PDF is posted.

03Why does net content show more than 50 mg?

Vials are filled slightly over the labelled mass so that every vial meets it. Net content is measured on each lot and published as a number, not a pass.

04What if the vial arrives without vacuum or damaged?

Email [email protected] within 7 days with your order number and a photo and we will replace it.

05When will it ship?

Orders by 2 PM ET on a weekday ship the same day, with tracking emailed when the label prints.

06Is GHK-Cu for human use?

No. It is sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and is not for human or animal use of any kind.
