02Verify your vial

Three steps from label to lab.

  1. 01Scan the label

Every vial label carries a QR code. Point your phone camera at it.

  2. 02Land on its record

The code opens that lot's certificate with every assay value. No phone? Type the lot from your packing slip on Verify a lot.

  3. 03Check it with the lab

Each signed certificate links to the lab's own verification page, so the report can be confirmed independently of us.

Each component is built from its own sequence with ideal bond lengths and angles, so every connection is exact. They are separate molecules in the vial, not bonded to each other; the stack is for viewing only. Poses are idealised, not measured conformations. Each component is confirmed separately on the lot certificate.

04In the lab

How BPC-157 / TB-500 is studied to work.

In laboratory research BPC-157 is studied for vessel growth and tendon cell migration, and TB-500, the actin-binding site of thymosin beta-4, for cell migration and survival signaling. One tendon repair study tested both together; the pair did no better than either alone.

Blend

  1. BPC-157

    Vessel growth

    • VEGFR2
    • Akt
    • eNOS

    Endpoint studied

    New vessel formation

Higher vessel density, more endothelial tube formation and faster blood-flow recovery.

    Hsieh 2017 · PMID 27847966
  2. TB-500

    Cell survival

    • PINCH
    • ILK
    • Akt

    Endpoint studied

    Migration and survival

Formed a complex with PINCH and ILK that activated Akt; heart muscle cells migrated and survived more.

05Research history

45 years in the literature.

5 milestones, each linked to its PubMed record

  1. 1981

TB-500 · Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America

    Sequence determined

The 43-amino-acid sequence of thymosin beta 4, isolated from thymus, is determined; its N-terminus carries an acetyl group.

    PubMed · PMID 6940133
  2. 1991

TB-500 · The Journal of Biological Chemistry

    An actin-sequestering peptide

Fx, the peptide holding unpolymerized actin in platelets, proves identical to thymosin beta 4 and forms a 1:1 complex with actin monomers.

    PubMed · PMID 1999398
  3. 1993

BPC-157 · Journal of Physiology, Paris

    BPC is described

A protective peptide isolated from human gastric juice is reported, with BPC 157, the 15-amino-acid fragment thought to carry its activity.

    PubMed · PMID 8298609
  4. 2003

BPC-157 · Journal of Orthopaedic Research

    Tendon repair

Transected Achilles tendons heal faster in a repair model, and tendon cells grow more in culture.

    PubMed · PMID 14554208
  5. 2026

Combined · Joint Diseases and Related Surgery

    BPC-157 and TB-500 together

In a tendon repair model, TB-500 alone raised load to failure; BPC-157 plus TB-500 improved tendon structure but added nothing over either alone.

06Questions

Frequently asked questions.

About BPC-157 / TB-500, its certificate and your order.

Need assistance? We’re here to help.

Email [email protected], Monday to Friday. A person replies within one business day.

01Which lot will I receive?

The current released lot, SA-BP2-2610. Scan the QR code on the vial label to open its certificate. The lot number is also on your packing slip, and the full certificate is here.

02Is the certificate real, and can I check it?

Every certificate is issued by an independent laboratory. Each lot has its own public record page with every assay value, and a link to verify the report on the lab's own site once the signed PDF is posted.

03Why does net content show more than 20 mg?

Vials are filled slightly over the labelled mass so that every vial meets it. Net content is measured on each lot and published as a number, not a pass.

04What if the vial arrives without vacuum or damaged?

Email [email protected] within 7 days with your order number and a photo and we will replace it.

05When will it ship?

Orders by 2 PM ET on a weekday ship the same day, with tracking emailed when the label prints.

06Is BPC-157 / TB-500 for human use?

No. It is sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and is not for human or animal use of any kind.
