How CJC-1295 DAC is studied to work.

CJC-1295 with DAC is a tetrasubstituted GRF(1-29) with a maleimido lysine at the C terminus that bonds to Cys34 on serum albumin. In laboratory research the albumin conjugate resisted DPP-IV, activated the pituitary GRF receptor and stayed in plasma past 72 h.
