How Sermorelin is studied to work.

Sermorelin is GHRH(1-29)-NH2, the amidated first 29 residues of human growth hormone-releasing hormone. In pituitary cell culture it released growth hormone at about half the potency of the full peptide, and binding studies tied receptor affinity to residues 13 to 21.
