How Tesamorelin is studied to work.

Tesamorelin is human GRF(1-44) with a trans-3-hexenoyl group on Tyr1, a change reported to resist DPP-IV breakdown. Lab work on the analog itself is limited: it degraded more slowly in plasma than native GRF, and repeat runs raised GH and IGF-1.
