02Verify your vial

Three steps from label to lab.

  1. 01Scan the label

Every vial label carries a QR code. Point your phone camera at it.

  2. 02Land on its record

The code opens that lot's certificate with every assay value. No phone? Type the lot from your packing slip on Verify a lot.

  3. 03Check it with the lab

Each signed certificate links to the lab's own verification page, so the report can be confirmed independently of us.

How Kisspeptin is studied to work.

Kisspeptin-10 is a decapeptide from the KISS1 gene product that activates the G protein-coupled receptor GPR54. In laboratory research it drives PLC-linked calcium signaling in GnRH-1 neurons and slows trophoblast cell migration through GSK3 beta and FAK.

Compound

KisspeptinDecapeptide from the KISS1 gene product, a GPR54 ligand
  1. Calcium signaling

    GnRH-1 neurons

    • GPR54
    • PLC
    • IP3 and PKC

    Endpoint studied

    Calcium oscillations

Started calcium oscillations in quiet GnRH-1 neurons and raised spike frequency in active ones.

    Constantin 2009 · PMID 18948403
  2. Cell migration

    Trophoblast cell line

    • GPR54
    • ERK1/2
    • GSK3 beta
    • FAK

    Endpoint studied

    Less cell migration

Migration fell, maximal at 100 nM, as GSK3 beta Ser9 and FAK Tyr925 phosphorylation each rose 3-fold.

    Roseweir 2012 · PMID 22349353
  3. Osteoclast control

    Osteoclasts

    • GPR54
    • Dusp18
    • Src

    Endpoint studied

    Lower osteoclast activity

Binding to GPR54 raised Dusp18, which dephosphorylated Src at Tyr416 and reduced osteoclast activity.

    Li 2024 · PMID 38346942

5 milestones, each linked to its PubMed record

  1. 2004

    Journal of Cell Science

    Found in trophoblast medium

Kp-10 is identified in first-trimester human trophoblast medium; it raised calcium and slowed trophoblast migration without changing proliferation.

    PubMed · PMID 15020672
  2. 2004

    Journal of Neuroendocrinology

    Reproductive axis response

Raised LH, FSH and testosterone and released LHRH from hypothalamic explants, with no direct effect on pituitary fragments.

    PubMed · PMID 15500545
  3. 2009

    Endocrinology

    Calcium in GnRH-1 neurons

Through GPR54 and phospholipase C, it facilitates a plasma membrane calcium oscillator in GnRH-1 neurons.

    PubMed · PMID 18948403
  4. 2012

    Placenta

    A migration signaling loop

In a trophoblast cell line, it slows migration through an ERK1/2, p90rsk, GSK3 beta and FAK feedback loop.

    PubMed · PMID 22349353
  5. 2024

    Nature Communications

    Osteoclasts and Src

Binding to GPR54 raises Dusp18, which dephosphorylates Src at Tyr416 and suppresses osteoclast activity.

06Questions

Frequently asked questions.

About Kisspeptin, its certificate and your order.

Need assistance? We’re here to help.

Email [email protected], Monday to Friday. A person replies within one business day.

01Which lot will I receive?

The current released lot, SA-KIS-2610. Scan the QR code on the vial label to open its certificate. The lot number is also on your packing slip, and the full certificate is here.

02Is the certificate real, and can I check it?

Every certificate is issued by an independent laboratory. Each lot has its own public record page with every assay value, and a link to verify the report on the lab's own site once the signed PDF is posted.

03Why does net content show more than 10 mg?

Vials are filled slightly over the labelled mass so that every vial meets it. Net content is measured on each lot and published as a number, not a pass.

04What if the vial arrives without vacuum or damaged?

Email [email protected] within 7 days with your order number and a photo and we will replace it.

05When will it ship?

Orders by 2 PM ET on a weekday ship the same day, with tracking emailed when the label prints.

06Is Kisspeptin for human use?

No. It is sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and is not for human or animal use of any kind.
