02Verify your vial

Three steps from label to lab.

  1. 01Scan the label

Every vial label carries a QR code. Point your phone camera at it.

  2. 02Land on its record

The code opens that lot's certificate with every assay value. No phone? Type the lot from your packing slip on Verify a lot.

  3. 03Check it with the lab

Each signed certificate links to the lab's own verification page, so the report can be confirmed independently of us.

04In the lab

How NAD+ is studied to work.

Sirtuin deacetylases depend on NAD+, while PARP-1 and the NADase CD38 consume it. In laboratory research, falling NAD+ is tied to reduced SIRT1 and SIRT3 signaling, and restoring it prevented PARP-1-driven cell death.

Compound

NAD+Coenzyme used by sirtuins, PARP-1 and CD38
  1. Sirtuin deacetylation

    Yeast Sir2 protein

    • NAD
    • Sir2
    • Histone H4K16

    Endpoint studied

    Gene silencing

    Sir2 proteins are NAD-dependent deacetylases of histone H3 lysines 9 and 14 and H4 lysine 16.

  2. Energy and cell death

    Cultured neurons

    • PARP-1
    • NAD+
    • Glycolysis
    • AIF

    Endpoint studied

    Neuron survival

Added NAD+ entered via P2X7 channels and prevented glycolytic failure, AIF release and neuron death.

    Alano 2010 · PMID 20181594
  3. NAD decline

    Aging tissue

    • CD38
    • NAD
    • SIRT3

    Endpoint studied

    Mitochondrial function

CD38 rose with age and was required for NAD decline and mitochondrial dysfunction via SIRT3.

06Questions

Frequently asked questions.

About NAD+, its certificate and your order.

Need assistance? We’re here to help.

Email [email protected], Monday to Friday. A person replies within one business day.

01Which lot will I receive?

The current released lot, SA-NAD-2610. Scan the QR code on the vial label to open its certificate. The lot number is also on your packing slip, and the full certificate is here.

02Is the certificate real, and can I check it?

Every certificate is issued by an independent laboratory. Each lot has its own public record page with every assay value, and a link to verify the report on the lab's own site once the signed PDF is posted.

03Why does net content show more than 100 mg?

Vials are filled slightly over the labelled mass so that every vial meets it. Net content is measured on each lot and published as a number, not a pass.

04What if the vial arrives without vacuum or damaged?

Email [email protected] within 7 days with your order number and a photo and we will replace it.

05When will it ship?

Orders by 2 PM ET on a weekday ship the same day, with tracking emailed when the label prints.

06Is NAD+ for human use?

No. It is sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and is not for human or animal use of any kind.
